Based in San Marino, California, Go Cakes is a bakery and cake company specializing in custom treats for weddings and special events. Established in 2015, Go Cakes create gorgeous personalized wedding/custom cakes and unique goodies for different special occasions. With a background in Asian Culture Desserts and French Pasty Techniques, the team here is dedicated to bringing each of their clients a unique experience.

I started my pastry career about six years ago after I moved to the US and discovered my passion for making desserts. It started as a way to indulge my arts & crafts side but as I made more desserts, I would give them away to my friends & pretty soon I was making desserts for everyone. I loved seeing the look of joy on my friends' faces when I would share my pastries with them, and eventually, I was inspired to pursue baking professionally. Even though up to that point I hadn’t had any formal schooling, I decided to use my life's savings to purchase all the equipment that I would need to bake pastries commercially and started GoCakes. I have since learned everything I know through hands-on experience and have supplemented that knowledge with training provided by top pastry chefs such as Amaury Guichon.
